The pictures can be mailed to our physical address below or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once warranty is approved we will send confirmation of your warranty.
In the event that your catalytic converter is stolen with a CatClamp Maxx model Installed and properly warranty registered, JAM-CJ Innovative Products LLC will refund the purchase price of your CatClamp minus shipping paid for the lifetime of the registered vehicle. To initiate a claim you will need to email a valid police report in a PDF format to email@example.com. You may also mail a copy to us at the address below. In the event that your catalytic converter is stolen with a CatClamp Standard model Installed and properly warranty registered, JAM-CJ Innovative Products LLC will refund the purchase price of your CatClamp minus shipping paid for up to one year from date of invoice. Replacement You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for the following reasons only:
All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be granted when product arrives to our mailing address with a valid RMA#. Returns must be in original packaging and not previously installed. All incoming returns will be inspected and refunds will be decided at the sole discretion management.
- The item received is defective (including damaged in transit, or missing parts ) Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/defective item.
JAM-CJ Innovative Products reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for any reason.
Purchaser assumes the risk of installing this aftermarket component to their vehicle. JAM-CJ Innovative Products LLC cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind incurred to the purchaser, the purchaser’s vehicle or any consequential damages arising from the purchase installation, use or misuse of the CatClamp. The CatClamp is not intended for off road use.
